SC-Sales@rossvideo.com - System Support: Existing EagleEye systems will continue to be fully supported by Ross Video, ensuring seamless service and support for all current customers. This includes technical onsite supervision, and adhoc support which can be booked via Ross Video. Please ensure that you submit your support requirements ahead of time to: techsupport@rossvideo.com. All support requests have to be collected via this mail and will be handled by the sec.swiss team during the transition phase.
- EagleEye Training Week: Due to the transition sec.swiss will not be running any training in Q1 in Schaffhausen. Together with Ross Video we will follow-up later this year with the new training schedules via Newsletter.
